My Approach

to Therapy

I work with teenagers and adults in-person in Marin County along with online throughout California. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and engaged - I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity, but I’m also here to gently challenge old patterns and support you in discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, safety, and authenticity.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in supporting teens and families as they navigate the turbulence of adolescence. If your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional regulation, social challenges, school stress or refusal, I can help them make sense of what’s going on and work toward real, lasting change.

Teens need a space where they feel safe, respected, and understood — without judgment. I meet each young person where they are, with empathy, presence, and evidence-based practices to help them build self-awareness, resilience, and emotional tools that last beyond the therapy room.

Growing up in Marin County has given me a deep understanding of the unique pressures that many local teens face. As a male therapist, I’m especially passionate about helping adolescent and young men navigate complex expectations around identity, success, and emotional expression. It’s a privilege to support them in developing confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or those simply seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is client-centered and integrative - drawing from (CBT), (DBT),(ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) - always tailored to your unique story and goals.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you're looking for a new connection, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit. I’d be honored to support you on this journey toward growth and healing.
